Why is Danny Dart offering a free download?
Hopefully, you’ve read a lot by now that might convince you to ask Danny Dart to create content for you. Or to proofread a document, such as a Sales Presentation, a User Manual, or just a new Company Policy document. Or even a novel.
But what if it hasn’t? It’s a crowded marketplace after all. There’s plenty of people offering to do the same thing.

Beware; things are not quite what they seem. Some Proofreaders only have English as a second language. Not that there’s anything wrong with that – until you receive their reply, which is either in the worst form of Pidgin English, or Cut & Paste from somewhere else. Buyer beware.
So, the most obvious thing to do is to ask for a sample. An example of the writing skill and prowess. After all, you wouldn’t buy a pair of shoes without trying them on. Or buy a vehicle without taking it for a test drive.
It makes sense then, to offer you something written by Danny Dart. He has written a lot, but nearly all of it is commercially confidential. Or others hold the copyright. Offering these as a free download just means trouble.

What is Lean Six Sigma (and what can it do for me)?
Just in case you have never heard of it before, Lean Six Sigma is a whole new method of running a business. By introducing efficiencies any organisation can increase profit, increase sales, eliminate waste, and rejuvenate arcaic working practices. This Report is not everything you need to know about Lean Six Sigma – no single volume could ever accomplish that – but simply an overview of what’s in store.

Adding Value to your Company with Service CRM.
Customer Relationship Management is a cornerstone of modern business. Companies that neglect their customers are soon ‘outed’ through Social Media as well as regular media. Businesses and organisations that go the extra mile for their customers however deserve to be celebrated.
But for many companies, their Customer Relations begins and ends with their Sales and Marketing Departments. This Report outlines the case for making the most (from a CRM perspective) of that other department that spends time with your customer. Your Service Department.
Effective Troubleshooting: Step By Step.
Danny Dart has been a customer-facing Service Engineer since the 1980’s. In all that time he has maintained that Product Knowledge is only half the battle – a logical Troubleshooting methodology, in tandem with that Product Knowledge, is where a Service Engineer shines through.
(This belief has earned Danny Dart an unrivalled reputation as a Service Engineer – and an award, during his successful period at AGB Nielsen Media).
Danny’s Trubleshooting methodology is broken down in this Report, into simple, teachable steps. He incorporates it into virtually every course he teaches, ushering in a new, self-sufficient era of Service Engineers able to fault find complex equipment on their own.
